Dr. Angel White, a Chicago native, is a doctoral-prepared Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care and mental health. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois, graduating with honors. Dr. White completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus in 2015 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 at Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.
Dr. Shadae Booker-Shelton is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in integrated primary care and mental health services. She provides comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan; with a strong emphasis on accessibility, care coordination, and whole-person wellness. Dr. Booker-Shelton earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Northern Kentucky University in 2022 and obtained her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification in August 2025.
