Direct Primary Care is a program in which patients pay a flat monthly or annual membership fee under a contract in exchange for access to a broad range of primary care and medical administrative services. Our goal is to provide the best care at the most affordable prices.
Direct primary care membership is a monthly membership fee that includes:
● Unlimited primary and urgent care visits to ASDHC during office hours (same-day or next-day).
● No co-pays or appointment fee per-visit.
● Longer appointment times with little to no wait time (30- to 60-minute).
● Unlimited access to a provider by phone call, email, text, or video chat.
● Discounted prices for lab work, medications, and in- offices services.
● NO INSURANCE BARGAINING OR SURPRISE BILLS!!
Our Mental Health Wellness Membership is a premium, membership-based program designed to provide consistent, personalized psychiatric care with enhanced access, continuity, and coordination.
This program is ideal for individuals seeking ongoing psychiatric medication management and a higher level of support without the limitations of traditional care models.
Included in Monthly Membership:

This membership does not replace emergency or inpatient mental health services. For emergencies, patients should call 911 or 988.
ASDHC collaborates with licensed mental health therapists to support coordinated care. Patients may work with ASDHC-recommended therapists or continue therapy with a provider of their choice. Therapy services are billed separately. With patient consent, our team will coordinate care to ensure continuity and alignment with treatment goals.
